Here we are, another solar slog, you did it! WE did it!🙃

As the world turns, we somehow get to live on it, eating tasty food and enjoying other luxuries. Sometimes I’m in awe of what it means to be human, maybe it’s the dawn of ChatGPT (which I call chatbot, sorry not sorry, heh) but while sometimes that awe feels like disgust, other times it’s pure gratitude.

This year, this human plans to explore new markets as NY, CT and other states’ cannabis retail comes online. She’s plotting a new beauty approach to slay her mid 30s. She’s picked up an artistic/crafting/creating practice again, and she’s been spending hours behind the decks after work and on the weekends.

Welcome to the Teamsters, Grassdoor! I knew they were a big operation when I saw the heavily discounted, Uber-like offers to new customers. Looks like some of those savings can get passed to those who port it to your door! As more and more people demand a fair wage, healthcare, and other essential job protections in cannabis, expect a lot more unionization in the coming years. As a Wobblie, I am here for it.

Now this! Could seem a shade or two hypocritical coming from a pub with celebrity coverage like Jezebel, but Rich Juzwiak always has poignant things to say about…lots of things! When people can turn the lens on their own content, that’s powerful to me. This is an impeccably researched roundup that doesn't outright indict celeb culture —which, apologies if you think you’re immune, it touches everything — but it shares what will hopefully create a shift. If you peel back one more (glass) onion layer, the parroting of celebrity tweets and irreverent thoughts is how we got Orange Mussolini. Now do fashion, beauty (hello Brad Pitt Boof skincare), and cannabis next. 😈

Ok Ok Ok this is first of all, really happening if you watch TikTok, which I do, but it’s also really on the streets of NYC. This is really just a prompt for me to say, LOL, I absolutely had going out tops, and I REALLY missed the people watching and fashions of NYC especially downtown! NGL San Francisco let me down with the fits a bit, it was hills peppered with Patagonia. Oh yeah, read the piece to hear about what Going Out Tops are selling on Poshmark (my guilty pleasure). 💸
